Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are open from 7 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday with exceptions of Major Holidays and Vacation Days

Q: Where do I find all of the Holidays you are closed?
A: The Holidays can be found in the student handbook or our Website

Q: When is tuition due?
A: Tuition is due weekly, biweekly or monthly depending on what was agreed on in your contract

Q: Do I still have to pay when my child does not come to the daycare?
A: Yes
​
Q: Do I have to bring lunch in for my child?
A: No all food and snacks are provided, with the exception of children under the age of 1
​
Q: Do you offer a part time service of only a couple hours a day?
A: No we only charge on a daily basis
​
Q: What should I bring daily?
A: The only thing that is required is a change of clothes, diapers and wipes
​
Q: Is my child allowed to bring toys from home?
A: Yes but we are not responsible for any lost or broken toys but of course we will do are best to prevent that!

Q: When will I know which weeks the daycare is closed for vacation?
A: We will send a letter at the end of January to let you know which two weeks we are closed for that year
​
Q: How much is the tuition?
A: We do not discuss cost of tuition over the phone or by email. We require you to come in for a tour before discussing cost of daycare services
